To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our services are available to:
- Job Seekers: Individuals seeking employment opportunities
- Consultants: Independent contractors seeking project-based work
- Employers: Companies and organizations seeking to hire talent
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your profile, resume, job postings, and all communications with us. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or company information is prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- Collect user information without consent
- Engage in discriminatory practices in hiring or job seeking
All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Digital Recruitment Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform (resumes, job postings, etc.). However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our services.
Fees for our services are outlined in our service agreements and may vary based on the type and scope of services provided. All fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement.
Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Refund policies vary by service type and are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The success of job placements or project matches
- The accuracy of candidate or employer information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The suitability of any particular candidate or opportunity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Recruitment Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Recruitment Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
All parties using our services must comply with applicable employment laws, including but not limited to:

- Anti-discrimination laws
- Wage and hour requirements
- Immigration and work authorization laws
- Privacy and data protection regulations
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to our services will be discontinued.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasonable business purposes. We will provide notice when practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Recruitment Services.
